Scotland Island Project

Nestled into the hill this contempary styled home features simplistic lines, effortless living and easy access to the natural surroundings it sits within. With an original and highly effective Japanese technique of burnt Jarrah cladding this home offers care free maintenance with minimal deterioration.

Light French Oak flooring offers contrast to the xxx panelled kitchen and joinery. Skillion roof design provides abundant light and the use of louvers offer cross flow ventilation. Rain water harvesting captures and and collects into holding tanks in the plant room, with mains water available as well. An innovative external blockout screen offers protection from harsh sunlight while living spaces and bedrooms offer outdoor connections with simplistic balcony design.
